Steve was just great. He kept me informed all the way. The car looks like it was ever in an accident. The trunk might need adjusting but we will see. It sometimes doesn't lock.

Our service with Caliber was professional from beginning to end. Everyone we spoke with was very polite, and we felt that our car was in good hands. We were also so surprised at drop-off to see that our car was thoroughly cleaned. My car looked brand new! They even washed & vacuumed all carpets. I couldn’t even tell where the car was hit. They were kind, professional, and even better: my car was finished earlier than expected!
