My car bumper is a completely different color from my car and it is noticeable. Also I had a dash ornament that was broken. I really don't understand how something on my dashboard gets broken when all the work being done was on the back end of the car. You guys had my vehicle for over a month and for what?

The main receptionist was fantastic and very well organized. However, when I went to drop my car off on my scheduled appointment, no one was in the front and the bell to call someone was broken. I waited around for 30 minutes, tried calling them but their phones were down and I finally went to the back area to find someone. No one came out to check if there were customers.
