The work was well done. My vehicle is old so I give them the benefit of the doubt. It did make them work hard. I understand the feeling of frustration that comes with working against age. However, they gave me my vehicle back in a more secure manner than I brought it. So to that they have my thanks and appreciation. I am satisfied with the results. Thank you

I was very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. J.R. Carter managed my Nissan truck repair from start to finish, clearly explained the damage and options, and ensured everything was completed as promised. My tailgate was replaced and painted perfectly, and J.R. kept me updated and called when it was ready. The truck looked great, including a full wash. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience excellent. I would highly recommend him and will return for future repairs. Five stars without hesitation. Sincerely, William
