Before, this would have been a 10. Caliber in Fallston repaired another car I had a bit ago and did a great job. While this wasn’t repaired by the Fallston location, they also told me they’d inspect before I came to pick it up, which they clearly did not.

When I picked up the car the first time, the hood was still visibly misaligned from the front bumper on the side it was hit. It is incomprehensible that it was allowed to leave the shop looking the way it did. They did remedy the problem in about a day. I also note that the original repair shop in Fallston, MD did not do the repairs. Rather, for load balancing, they sent it to Havre de Grace (after asking me). What’s more frustrating is that I got a notification from the Fallston location that my car was ready. I called and the man on the phone said they were going to do a quality inspection and that it would be ready to pick up the next day. Clearly they didn’t look at it either. I will say that the process with Travelers was incredibly simple and efficient. I could believe how easy it was to file a claim!! And I say that having not ever spoken to a live person. Pretty impressive.
