I was truly surprised; I experienced excellent service again, like in the old days. I thought it was lost, but I saw that it still exists here. Luis, the young man who helped me, was always available to me, handling every detail my car required with the insurance company. He kept me informed of every detail from all the departments involved in the entire process, from the moment it arrived at Calibre until the day it was ready. He was a great guy. Thank you.
