Best Caliber collision in East Bay. The entire office from the moment I dropped off my car for repairs were efficient and kind. Car accidents are stressful already but these people were so attentive. Made sure I had a rental and kept up to date with me through out the repair process. AJ was able to get my car completed a day early and stayed a little after 5:30pm for me to pick up my car after work. May I not get into another accident anytime soon but if it happens, I’d definitely come back to Caliber Collision Hayward.

Great customer service. The front desk lady was very sweet and I liked how the bathroom was very clean and had a bidet. They fixed my car quickly and cleaned it too. 10/10
