From start to finish, the experience was smooth and surprisingly positive. The team made everything easy — they coordinated the rental car, had me picked up right after dropping off my vehicle, and even handled the return of the rental when I came back for my car. The repair work itself was excellent — my car looks like nothing ever happened. The service tech I worked with (Jose) was professional, welcoming, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the process. He was accommodating and made sure I felt taken care of. Overall, Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations, and I really appreciated how stress-free they made the whole process.
