One of the younger women working at the front was a bit rude to us as we were trying to understand our rental car situation. She kept brushing us off saying that she would handle our situation but didn't as I called the rental car company and they said she didn't even call them for us.

The team at Caliber were super helpful and nice. It definitely seems like they value and care about their customers. AJ was my service advisor and was super helpful, communicative, and answered any questions I had with a lot of knowledge.
