Yes, I liked the worked that you did, the paint was excellent, I couldn't find anything that wasn't done, the only thing that I didn't like was the time it taken to get my car back, but one thing about being good the word gets around and people's like good work, so I understand when you're good everyone likes good work so everyone will bring there vehicle in for repairs. So keep up the good work.

Aj and the front desk staff were very friendly, patient and transparent with me through this whole process. They even offered to drive me to the closest Hertz or Enterprise rental office the day of vehicle drop off. This process in the past (over 10 years ago) wasn't this streamlined as it is now to file a claim and go through a collision repair shop. So glad to have worked with Caliber Collision off on Pratt Ave in Hayward, CA.
