I had a car accident after 20 plus years and was very nervous about the process. Angie was the first person I talked with at Caliber Collision. She was also the last person I talked with there. The process in between was smooth. I kept getting daily updates on the progress and any changes to the original estimate. They even arranged for rental pickup and drop off at the body shop. Angie made sure that everything went on schedule and smoothly. Doesn't get easier than this. My car looks awesome. Impossible to tell that any body work was done on the car. There was an issue with the calibration of the car parking system. Angie called the specialist, kept me informed. When I got the car back everything worked as expected. 5 STARS ...Awesome.

I’ve got a wind noise coming from my driver door and there’s extraordinary amount of orange peel where it was repainted. Also, there were grease smudges on the driver side A-pillar and grease stain on the fabric headliner. Seems I left with more issues than I came in with.
