The whole team at Caliber was so nice, friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond and were quick to resolve all issues, even the ones that came up after repair, like one of my sensors. AJ was so patient with dealing with the back and forth with insurance and he got all the necessary repairs approved. Thank you everyone and keep up the great work!

This was my first time ever going through a body shop and I wasn’t sure how the process would be. AJ from the Hayward location explained everything and gave me by far the BEST customer service. This man needs to be given a raise. My sister was also helped by him and had the same experience. AJ if you see this know that your service and attitude was 10 out 10 stars appreciate all your help!
