The pit wrong part on my car, how can you put a part before you compare and check for matches it’s a bigner mistake, now I have to wait ant take my car back I just put this is score because I asked the manager is he’s right about the parts price I quoted the patrons self and came back totally different price but she insisted that’s was right

I had the pleasure working with Sherri, Angie, and Jose. The front staff were very kind, pleasant and delightful. Angie and Jose were also great at explaining the process and keeping me updated on a time line as to when my car would be finished. Thank you Caliber for making this "not so fun" accident, less stressful.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. I had to come 5 times back and forth because I was told my car was ready, but in fact it was in terrible condition. 1. My window wasn’t positioned and sitting correctly. 2. Window wasn’t tinted when I told the front desk multiple times about having it tented. 3. The door handle was not properly functioning. 4. The paint job was uneven WITH ALL first 4 VISITS. 5. The edges of the paint job were rough. The craftsman ship at the shop lacks tremendously like no one cares about their work and just tries to hand off the car in hopes that the customer doesn’t notice. I will be writing reviews about the place and also complaining to progressive about experience.
