The new paint is miss matching the rest of my car but Caliber is willing to correct this issue. My truck was driven 30 miles which some were from taking it to the alignment shop, it was missing 1/4 of a gas tank (it is impossible for this truck to use so much gasoline in 30 miles). This was reported to AJ who said he will report it to his manager.

My estimator was Jose. He did an outstanding job keeping me informed at every step of the repair process. I brought my car in on Monday and absolutely needed it completed by Friday. Despite a few hiccups along the way, Jose went above and beyond, pulling some strings and making things happen to ensure everything was finished on time.
