Elaine was fantastic and the scheduling and intake process was almost perfect. The repair and paint work was done in a timely manner. However, the lack of attention to detail at delivery was disappointing. Even though the car was “washed “, the interior had a light dusting all over it from the work, as did the interior door panels. Also, excess residual compound from the work was still on the exterior, which required me to bring the car back.
