Since picking up the vehicle I have found out the tailgate camera does not work, the tailgate latch was not replaced correctly, there are 2 parking assist sensors missing, 1 other parking assist sensor looks damaged, and the fuel filler neck was not reattached the body. While I'm sure you will make this right, I am highly disappointed in the repair at this point.

I felt very catered to. They went out of their way to accommodate me. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been if they would have cleaned the inside of my car.

Excellent, Excellent... This is how I feel about the service I received from Jose Ortiz this past week. He contacted me at every step of the repair regardless of the time of day and I felt very informed every step of the way. I value Mr Ortiz's work ethic, his ability to make me feel as if I'm the only customer at the moment, He explained what needed to get done and aproximafe time of repair.
