Jose Ortiz (Joe) did a great job as a representative of Caliber Colission. He remained in regular contact with me from the time my claim was filed until the repairs were complete and the car was back in my possession. The intake date of my vehicle changed due to an out of town trip but the CC staff was very accommodating allowing the start of my repairs to slip several days to accommodate my schedule. All in all, it was a great experience and my car looks new again. Thank you.

I love the ease with which I was able to just able to upload photos. The time it took to repair. The rental car was waiting for me at the repair facility. I was kept up to date on repairs. The staff was great! Much much better experience than at the caliber collision on culebra. Would highly recommend this repair facility! Love it!

I was very impressed with this particular caliber collision. They were very friendly and outgoing. Loved being able to upload photos of damage and have rental car waiting on me. Shop kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Didn't have that experience at the one on culebra. Highly recommend this shop!

I have never before had an experience wherein I submitted my car for body repairs and was able to retrieve the vehicle on the same day. The process and quality improvements that Caliber has implemented are definitely a delighting factor in the experience.

Our contact was so friendly and kept us informed 100% of the way. It was so nice not wondering what was going on and having detailed updates at regular intervals when she would say she would call. Not the standard "we'll call sometime tomorrow or between 9-5". She would give us an hour window that she would have an update and stuck to that. Very appreciative of that. Good job guys!

Everyone went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I also was very impressed of the quick service and turnaround time it took to get my vehicle done. As well as having my rent-a-car ready as I arrived so I did not have to wait. I was truly amazed by every detail that was was considered such as taking pictures of the before and after status of my vehicle and to making sure I was satisfied with the results. Excellent service from beginning to end!!

I was extremely satisfied with Mr Jose Ortiz assistance He was very accommodating since there was a miscommunication on the appt time and the time Caliber opens. We were there an hr earlier and he did not hesitate on taking the car in and kept us informed throughout the day on status. He had our car in and out the same day. He explained in detail what was done and had our car ready to go that same day. He realize we didn't have rental so working with one car that day was a challenge. He realized the importance of our 2nd car and made it a point to get it done same day. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, freundly and made us feel like family and not just a number The facility was beautiful and everyone there was very professional. I received First Class Service. Thank you Jose Ortiz. Your shop will be very successful with your management. One other thing the late time worked out my well for us.
