car was returned in very dirty conditions including multiple grade handprints inside and out. i was told at pickup that it was washed but hit by rain. this is simply not true and was a weird thing to lie about. windshield alone was covered in a weird substance except for where they had a placard.

repairs seem good so far but my car was returned very dirty. I mentioned it, and the gentleman said that they had the car washed, but the rain had ruined it. This is a blatant lie, as there are multiple grease handprints everywhere, including inside. The entire car seems to be covered in some sort of substance, except for where the placard was on the windshield. Just a weird thing to lie about.
