Jessica and the one sending updates were awesome. They both kept me updated every day. The work that was done on my car was very very good. It looks absolutely fantastic. Well I only had my car back for approx 4 hrs. It looks perfect just like it did when I purchased it. Shonda was very professional & warm at first meeting. I came to Caliber b’cause of my husband, however, so far so good, plus I like the fact that Shonda kept me informed during the process. Thanks again to Shonda & Caliber for making my BMW look like it did when I purchased it. Greatly appreciate yr professionalism👍🏾

I had a wreck on my front driver's side and they replaced the bumper and did not secure it.It's all plastic, and it is rattling around.I had to seek another mechanic and he said, do not drive this on the interstate, cause he's scared, it will blow off it's not secure at all.I'm very unhappy!!!

At first han̈ah told me I would need an alignment an a new battery...turns out, the shop took care of the alignment an no battery was necessary..Mark was very kind an made it all alright!
