The office staff was extremely friendly. Explained everything to me. The lady that came out and looked at the car when I dropped it off is the same lady that came out and spoke to me about the car when I picked it up. It was a fairly quick process. I’m very pleased with the customer service and would most definitely recommend caliber to my friends and family.

The staff is so patient and friendly is an understatement. The text message updates were awesome. Based off those two things alone I will always choose hernando caliber collision. Awesome job. Only thing I didn’t agree with is me having to pick up the exact date it’s ready due to me having to leave work shortly after arrival. It was suppose to been ready in 7 days but was pushed back which was fine I just dislike I didn’t get the same courtesy when it was ready for pick up, had to be gone by 5.
