The staff is so patient and friendly is an understatement. The text message updates were awesome. Based off those two things alone I will always choose hernando caliber collision. Awesome job. Only thing I didn’t agree with is me having to pick up the exact date it’s ready due to me having to leave work shortly after arrival. It was suppose to been ready in 7 days but was pushed back which was fine I just dislike I didn’t get the same courtesy when it was ready for pick up, had to be gone by 5.

The plastic finder well is cracked and was not fastened properly. Small spot of paint was buffer burned on the adjoining metal.

My experience with Caliber Collision Center in Hernando, MS could not have been better. The person at the desk was kind and extremely helpful going above and beyond to help facilitate my repairs. The person estimating and sending repair updates was very nice and helpful. Both individuals were pleasant and professional. The repairs were done promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this group.
