They were very friendly. They tried to get me taken care of that day since I had gone through a tornado and had 2 cars that were destroyed and I needed mine repaired so we would have transportation. They knew I was upset and I appreciated them so much. I do have to take it back to get the camera readjusted.

The wiper blades were supposed to have been checked and were not. I have been trying for 2 days to get answers on this but unable to get resolution. We are now bumping the weekend (and rain) and my blades leave streaks (which they did not before the glass breakage). I am still waiting for the front desk (Jessica) to be able to get a response from John or upper management on how this will be handled.

Windshield was replaced in a timely manner but they told me the wiper blades would be checked for damage as well and replaced if so. The blades were damaged due to the extensive glass breakage and now smear and I cannot get them to respond in regards to the blades being replaced. I have been trying for 2 days to get updates and cannot get anything from them in regards to this except the ones in charge aren’t responding

The service from Jessica and John was superb! Jessica was very friendly and made you feel welcome as soon as you walked through the door. John was just as friendly and assured me that my car would be taken care of, and updates were sent out just as they told me. The repairs were done successfully and you can’t tell that I had been in an accident because the paint job was so exact to the color of my car. I would definitely use them again.
