I appreciated the turnaround time and work on my car. Had to remove two areas of paint on my windshield. Used acetone. Couldn’t get to your shop due to my work schedule.

They got my bumper to a better color match BUT my right rear reverse light is not working anymore.

I have since realized my back right reverse light is out. I should have checked all that before I left . Otherwise the new paint job matched lots better than before and the hook up for trailer lights is more accessible.

Most definitely!! However if you have a rental, I would suggest returning it to the rental place on your own.. After drop off on Monday, I hit a call from Enterprise on Thursday stating that it was a small crack in the left corner of the drivers side windshield, and that I’m responsible for the damages.. I was flabbergasted!! The drop off is most definitely convenient but however bad decision on my part..

This adjuster was so thorough, she knew exactly what was needed when we arrived with the car.. Voiced her concerns about worse case scenario and then she executed with great results. She let us know that she had nightmares about those damages to our car.. , lol.. I will definitely revisit this location.. Her knowledge was exuberant… I knew then we were in good hands. Thanks Hannah, for the excellent customer service!!
