Not very well informed during the 1st week when my vehicle was in ur shop and then after I finally called after hearing nothing for a week the I think his name was John ,, said he was on vacation,? But no excuse I still should have better informed and should’ve had to call myself to get an update

This was my first time needing body work done. It was an auto accident so insurance was involved. From the first phone call to the hug before I pulled off the lot, Shonda made me feel at home and filled with peace of mind. She communicated throughout the process and kept me apprised at all times. She was so kind and patient as I nitpicked every small thing I could find. We left completely satisfied and thankful for the knowledge and expertise of the Caliber team. Delayed lead time and truck was not repaired correctly! I will have to get someone else to check the frame to validate the work and communication I received

Tailgate does not line up. You can see the difference from each side and it rubs when you open and close it. The bumper is not even from side to side. This causes concerns that the frame is bent when I was told there was no frame damage when I asked about it. The plastic cover on the tailgate is does bit fit properly.

The body work is amazing! The button on the door replaced does not lock or unlock the truck like it is suppose to. Discoved this once got home. The back up camera worked when the truck was dropped off now does not.
