Please update your website to reflect that you do not have a shuttle. I would not have chosen this facility if I knew there was not a shuttle. Also, it would be nice to be given advanced notice on if the car would be ready. I was told at 4:30, that I would know my 5:15 if the car would be ready for a 5:30 pickup. Caliber is a 40 minute walk from my house. This meant I had to walk half way there only to find out the car wouldn't be ready until the next business day. I would have appreciated a little more confidence from the staff on when things would be done, and some understanding that I don't have rides at my disposal to get there in a 10 minute window if needed.
