Just a couple minor program settings on the automatic locks that were changed, but no big deal and nothing my mechanic husband can’t handle. All body work was impeccable and I was thrilled to get both headlight assemblies included in the insurance estimate. Hannah & Jessica were amazing!

Caliber did a great job, but I was wondering about the excessive mileage on my car. It was in the shop, so why the mileage was so excessive?

If I based this upon communication it would be a 10. The communication throughout the 2 months of repair were fantastic. However there were four separate issues with my car when I picked it up, and two have yet to be resolved. 1) a wheel lug was missing from both front wheels. 2) the license plate and bracket were not attached and still in the trunk 3) there was an incorrect part fitted to the vehicle that did not match the identical part on the opposite side 4) the license plate lamp is either burned out or not working as I have a dash warning and 5) the overall condition of the vehicle was not tidy, parts that should be in the trunk were in the passenger footwell and the items in the trunk like the owners manual, fix a flat, tow hook we’re just scattered and not put away properly. I am still awaiting word from the shop on what to do regarding the bad part and the license plate lamp
