Should be a higher scale for the Customer service provided by Ms. Hannah at the front desk. She was able to help my wife and I navigate through the mess associated with insurance repairs and the stress of it. People with knowledge are hard to come by these days I hope Caliber recognizes this fact. The whole staff I had contact with was great!
