John, the service advisor, was respectful and professional throughout the process. This rating is not a reflection of him personally. However, the issue with my driver-side door handle remains unresolved, and I have not received follow-up regarding my email. While the service interaction was fine, the repair outcome has not met expectations.

Only problem I had was that the front desk kept trying to get my deductible which my agent put in the notes I didn’t owe because it was uninsured motorist who hit me. But they were very sweet about it! Just had to remind them.

Hannah is amazing! She updated me every step of the way. The work don’t take long and the vehicle looks great. I can’t remember that lady’s name at the front desk but she’s amazing as well

This is worse shop ! And worse experience I ever had they never fix my vehicle!! The guy name John call me and said parts were missing from my vehicle and they had my car there working on it for months and never fix it but they decided to sent it to the Dealership after they couldn’t fix it for months after texting me every weeks to tell me a lie. I will not advise anyone to take their vehicle there !

Hannah was amazing!!! So professional and kind!! Kept me informed of everything going on with the entire process!! The repair job was as close to perfect as you could get!! Repaired much faster than expected! This was a major wreck so we were highly impressed with the work on our vehicle. We are in the automotive business (tires, brakes etc) so we are extremely picky regarding our vehicles!!! Excellent job!!!

Did a fantastic job. Could not have gone better. Major wreck and the work Caliber did on my car was better than i expected. Hannah was awesome. And the entire staff did an amazing job. They kept me informed during the entire process. I didnt have to call at all. Great service, very professional, highly recommended!!
