Hi, the repair came out great and your crew was very professional. My only issue was lack of communication as to how long the repair was going to take and when the car was going to be done. Your app only says “started” and gave no estimate on number of days. I texted back to the message Caliber sent me asking how long the repair was estimated to take, and I got no response.

Jonathan and the Highland Park location are awesome!! Professional, efficient and kind. Caliber performed corrective repairs from a major collision, after my vehicle was already “repaired” and returned to me from a Gerber location. Gerber not only placed wrong parts on my Mercedes, they improperly installed these parts as well as returned the car essentially vandalised, with auto grease stains all over its interior (words cannot describe). Vehicle was unsafe to drive, parts and bolts missing & a complete mess. But Caliber stepped in and expeditiously tackled the job, returning my vehicle to me restored. Very appreciative of their professionalism & high quality work, taking over during a very stressful and disappointing situation. Will definitely bring my car to Caliber for future repairs; beyond their high-standard performance, Jonathan & Patty were wonderful to work with. 5 stars!!
