Everyone was so fast and polite when attending me. It was the fastest exchange I’ve made with considering the value of asset. The lady in the front desk was very polite and quick in giving my keys back and the guy who assessed my damage was professional and knew how to explain what to expect

Your team at the Highland Park location in Illinois was top-notch in terms of customer service from the moment I brought my vehicle in for an estimate through the time I came to pick it up. The GM, Jonathan, expedited the timeline for my car to be serviced and he gave me a ride to home so I did not have pay for a shared ride. I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who asks.
