Worst body shop i ever work with , i will never ever come back there again or recommend this place to any one not even my worst enemy !!!! Absolutely felt discriminated base on my European accent , empty promises , not to mention that i left vehicle 6 weeks ago with broken rim , 6 weeks !!!! They gave my supposedlly repaired car , in same condition i left it !!! Except new rim , ridicules try to make me look like a fool , worst of them all !!!!

The professionalism and expertise of manager Jonathan really impressed and reassured me. At the same time, he and his staff conveyed a folksy, neighborhood manner that fostered connection and trust. They overdelivered in terms of quality, thoroughness and efficiency of repairs, and smoothed the connection to every auxiliary service -making the experience of accident, car loss, and transportation arrangement a seamless, hassle-free flow. In addition, Jonathan’s communication skills are outstanding! He explained what needed to be done, how they would secure parts, what to expect in terms of timeline, and then he updated at regular intervals to apprise me of where we were in the process. He also provided clear and comprehensive explanations of what needed to be done and how they would ensure that my car was examined before, during and after the repairs. I highly recommend Caliber at this location!
