The vehicle looks great. I have not had a chance to drive it yet I would like to make sure that I’m not getting any strange sounds or noises.

We dropped it off in one location and then were told that that location had too much work and the car had to be transferred to a different location to be worked on. Some of the information we gave to the first destination did not make it along with the car to the second that’s the nation.

The team over at Caliber Collision are beyond amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and took care of everything for me. I trusted leaving my car with them by how well their front desk attended me and answered all of my questions. Hopefully this is not the case because I don’t want my car to get hit again, but if it does there’s no doubt in my mind I’ll be coming back to this location! Thanks Rachel for all your help :-)

Excellent repair. Staff is great. But the cost was higher than Rick's, and the return of vehicle difficulty left me very frustrated. Lexus dealership picks up and drops off my car for an oil change! This is becoming standard business operating procedure, and Caliber didn't do that.

I didn't rent a car. I borrowed my mother's. I was very disappointed at Caliber Collision not being easily able to drop my repaired car at my mother's house (in Highland Park) when the repair was complete. It was either going to take a lot of coordinating to make that happen, or someone from my family drove me. I think pick-up and drop-off at a local address should be standard.
