Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant along the way that I have worked with from caliber collision. Upon picking up the car, I did notice a few spots where there are chips of paint. Also, I just used the wiper fluid for the first time since picking it up and the light came on so I’m not sure if it was close to empty and left that way or if it was filled and has been leaking. The customer service has been wonderful though, and I do expect all of this to resolve easily. Overall, I am very pleased with our experience and I’m likely to recommend to others. The woman at checkout when I picked up was lovely and very nice and helpful to talk to. Assuming we can get the little paint shipped areas filled and determined whether or not the fluid is leaking I’m a very happy customer.

Johnathan was very professional. He walked around the car with me to make sure I understood all the steps in the repair process. And he called me several times to keep me updated on the progress.
