The work was great and very convenient working with our insurance company. I appreciated the agreement with Enterprise for a rental vehicles to be available at pick up and drop off. Other places I have been to offered some paint samples for the vehicle. We were not given any here.

Overall we are pleased with the customer service, although we have a couple of recommendations. After dropping our car off, Caliber Collision communicated frequently regarding the repair's progress and its expected completion date. That is, until the day arrived that we had been told the car would be ready. On that day, communication seemed to stop. We were puzzled that we had not heard anything, especially after our communication experience earlier in the process. When we were told that finally our car was ready, we discovered on arrival that although the car could be taken home, it was still missing some parts. Its been almost two weeks since then, and we have not been informed, as of yet, as to when the final parts are expected to arrive.

I was worried as I had never used them before. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Them on top of that the work was excellent. I’m hard to please. The only thing that wasn’t perfect is the car had some dirt that I needed to clean. Someone with dirty hands left dirty hand prints in the inside. Other than that it was a perfect experience.
