Communication seemed slow, I got updated from USAA of payments being made, but had to call in and see what was going on. Bottom line, though, when I picked up my car it turns out the bearings are loose, so it’s not fixed all the way. I’d rather the vehicle be test driven before returned to me as “fixed”.

Overall my experience was positive but my repairs got off to a slow start. I had trouble getting an answer regarding when the repairs would actually start. I ended up waiting an extra week to get repairs going including several misses callbacks and a disconnect with the paint people there. But all turned out well. I would give your shop 3-1/2 stars out of a possible 5 because mainly your final bill was exactly as promised. Two $12 Lyft rides without a single offer from staff to drop me off withstanding, I am still happy with the work Caliber did. But .... It is not a "Five-Star" experience.
