My car was scheduled to be worked on between the ninth and 13th of December. I received no communication except for automated text messages stating that progress is coming along and then got a call on Thursday, December 12 saying that the caliber shop that I had dropped it off that was busy and they had to send it to another repair facility. I just received my car today December 27. Had I been expecting three weeks from the start this would have been fine but the expectation was a week with maybe a couple of days of bleed over. The actual work performed is fine but the scheduling and communication really need to be improved. Had I needed to rent a car during this time I would have been livid versus mildly annoyed.
