At no point was I notified there was a suspension issue to the front of my vehicle. Now that I have picked up my vehicle, there is an issue with the steering wheel being off center and the vehicle is pulling to the right. Now when I call to ask about it they are claiming there was previous damages to the front suspension, which I was never notified about. They are refusing to provide any documentation saying they found that issue before repair, they are claiming they never even touched the front of the vehicle, yet they must in order to complete a 4 wheel alignment, and are claiming it was my fault and they will take absolutely no responsibility for the damage. Absolutely horrible customer service from Johnny, who did not call me back when requested and I had to call again trying to speak with him, and who also refused to actually listen to my concern and at one point even said “yes we bent your suspension, what else do you want me to say, take it up with StateFarm” How absolutely ridiculous is that!? Talking to me like I’m an idiot and don’t understand anything about vehicles and like it would be impossible for any damage to be caused to a vehicle while is in an auto shop. It is possible, it has happened, and if there is nothing reported saying the damage was done PRIOR to my car being in that shop then I expect the shop to take full responsibility for any damage or issue that is found AFTER. I was contacted by Dan asking about a dent on the vehicle and I informed it was not related. If there was other damage to the vehicle that was found I should have been contacted but I was not. My paperwork does not say there is a bent suspension, and nothing when I brought it in saying a bent suspension. Absolutely horrible horrible shop and customer service.
