Jacob was great. He was very polite and extremely Informative and knowledgeable. He kept communicating with us throughout the process. The shop did a great job, making my car like brand new. Jacob made sure of it and also made sure I got the best parts and price for the things that I had to pay for. I also very much appreciate how they cleaned the car inside and out. I am very happy with the total outcome and the time it took, and I appreciate how jacob made sure that that would be the case.

Thank you for doing a great job in repairing the vehicle. It looks like it never had the damage. You have updated me throughout the process and i appreciate that. Your front desk staff was very professional. Nick did a great job explaining the process and communicating any updates. He ordered the parts quickly and they came in fairly quickly so the team can start on the repair and paint. They also got a dent out with their PDR techniques. Can’t even tell it was there on the side fender. Phenomenal job! They also did a very nice job cleaning and the outside of the vehicle. I was impressed. It was almost like I dropped it off at a cleaning detail shop. Good work to the whole team!
