While I was very satisfied with the repair, the plastic guard that protects the undercarriage became unattached while in Caliber Collision's care, and the technician returned the vehicle to me without fixing it. I had to return to the shop after leaving with my vehicle because the guard was dragging on the road while driving over 25 MPH. It was a potentially dangerous situation and pretty careless, considering it took just 5 min to fix. I wish they would have taken the time to fix it right away and save me the trouble and time.
