I am not satisfied. I had mentioned that the whole left side is scratched and it's still scratched on the driver's door. There are scratches all over the roof, on the rear bumper, on the front-right passenger's door, and just about all around the car and the tail piece has a chip in it. The car had no marks or any damages before the incident because it was bought brand new.

This is my 4th time dealing with an auto body shop & it’s without a doubt THE only shop I will go back too! Communication is the most important thing when it comes to not knowing how long you won’t be going without your vehicle. Ray and the entire staff were upfront and honest from the start., By the time I had arrive to drop it off for an estimate. They had Enterprise there within 10 minutes with my rental. The process was SEAMLESS. My insurance company and Caliber Collision both did a great job of communication between each other. I had to do almost nothing but file the claim. Caliber texts you with updates. I even forgot my garage door opener when I picked up my 4Runner. It was still in the rental. One of their employees stayed late after hours waiting for me to give back my opener. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
