Had a great experience. The whole team was super helpful and communicated updates in a timely manner. Always answered all my questions and got back to me very quickly. Darrell was awesome to work with. They finished up my jeep in just one week and it looks great.

Molding not attached properly. Clips for the door panel not attached at all. Missing. Paint touch up doesn't match. Door clangs when closed;

Didn't ask about damage when I dropped off car. Had to go back in the office 3 times before I felt like they had the information they needed to do the repair. All they wanted was for me to sign papers and leave. Very uncomfortable leaving my car there

I am satisfied with the work but I don't know who validates the four wheel drive.It does notice that since i've gotten my vehicle back.My car is not maintaining four wheel drive. I got stuck into a sand pile over the weekend.At the coast, and I would, I was going to test my car and all features.So I don't know if that's caliber, or if that's jeep. I can say that darrel was very good at communication and stayed on top of my claim.
