Dissatisfied. There were loose parts after the job was completed. Some parts came out simply by touching them. After I complained, they took additional days to fix them. Another part became detached (unsnapped) after I came home. Furthermore, the clearance between the tailgate and the body is greater than before. They convinced me that it was within specification limits, but when I visited the service center and checked other cars, none had that much clearance. Overall the quality is not good and I am dissatisfied and do not think I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I never heard of caliber collision before because my partner usually goes to family owned repair shops - we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and efficiency.

Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and thorough explaining everything..Fernando is an extremely asset to your company..he is extremely knowledgeable about everything..I will use Caliber again if needed..they even got my car repaired earlier than the date that was planned..I had no rental so the Manager said he understood and it all worked out great..Thank everyone who worked to get my car repaired..I realize it took a team of experts...Linda

It took 14 days for my vehicle to be “completed” and ready for pickup. When I arrived, I paid my deductible and inspected the car—only to find several obvious issues: the bumper was misaligned, the lower engine cover panel was hanging loose, and a wheel well liner was missing entirely. This was extremely disappointing. These are not subtle defects; they should have been identified and resolved before the vehicle was marked as complete. Instead, I now have to wait an additional week for parts to arrive and for the repairs to be finished properly. At a minimum, I expected a basic quality check prior to pickup. Missing problems of this nature raises serious concerns about the thoroughness and overall quality of the work. Suggestion for a change in your pickup protocol. Bring customer to car prior to paying their deductible.
