From start to finish everything was great. I appreciated Alex giving me updates every so often and answering any questions I may have had. Also thanks to Eric for telling me about an issue my Jeep is having. Being without a car for a month definitely has had its challenges, but the Jeep looks better than it did even before my accident. My only complaint was that it took 3 weeks for the repair and was not started for days after I left my car there. I could have used my car while waiting in line for repairs.

Caliber Collision did a beautiful job repairing my vehicle. They were very conscientious and took great care. My vehicle was actually returned to me in cleaner shape than when I dropped it off! The entire staff who I communicated with was always pleasant, kind, and sent regular updates on the status of my vehicle repair.
