Fran and Alex were great at communicating throughout the entire process and were helpful and friendly. All of my questions and concerns were answered when it came to the repairs on my car. My car looks amazing and was even cleaned and my items and change weren’t touched in the vehicle. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

My experience was great. Alex kept Me informed either by phone or text as to what was going on with my car on a daily basis. Pick up was a little tricky but Fran went way above to make things go smoothly even staying a little late for me and get me back in the road.

The team at Horsham Caliber Collision was great. From the time I dropped my car off for service the staff was wonderful. They kept me up to date on how the work was going. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the repair and my car was done when they promised. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
