The whole time my car was in the shop Caliber Collision-Non Drive off of Bammel Rd Katy was absolutely amazingly. She would call me every couple of days to give me an update exactly where my car was in the repair stage. After each part was finished she would call me and update me and give me a time table on when the car will be done and if they might finish earlier. I have worked with Collision Centers before and never had such great customer service like this usually i get the run around from the other places but never felt this with Caliber Collision.
