From the first phone call (to the silber location), which directed me so kindly to the non-drive location, my experience with Caliber has been unlike any I've ever had. What a fantastic transaction! They picked up my car, so I was able to enjoy my birthday without waiting around for a tow, they gave me regular updates, and my car was done as promised when they said it would be. They even DELIVERED my car back to me, to save me a 40 minute drive. The drop off guy was excellent. Not just a run of the mill tow truck driver, but a knowledgeable estimator who walked me through everything that was done to the car. He patiently waited as I cleaned out my rental and he took it back for me! Outstanding service. Beginning to end. My car looks like new! Thank you, Calliber Collision!

I would definitely recommend Caliber and can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did on my vehicle. This is my first major accident and it's been extremely stressful to say the least. Thankfully this part of the whole situation has made my life, post-accident, a little easier, well a lot easier. I felt this was one less thing to worry about and gave me the opportunity to focus on dealing with claims adjusters, medical claim adjusters, field adjusters, doctors, work, my family, etc.

The customer service was excellent. As I said, from the start everyone was extremely helpful and provided lots of updates. From Belinda the office manager, to Jason the shop manager, I had lots of assistance. Katie was amazing and provided me with updates on my repair throughout. She also kept me in the loop with any new developments regarding the insurance etc. (my vehicle was initially hit from behind, their fault). David also did a great job at the end explaining all of the repairs done to my vehicle. Picking up my vehicle was surprisingly easy and a lot quicker than I expected.
