No one ever wants to be involved in any type of collision but if it happens you need to call Caliber. The repair was completed a week ahead of estimate and looks great. They stayed in contact during the entire repair and made it a great experience. Will use Caliber Collision for any needs in the future. Great Job!!

From the beginning they were in constant contact giving updates. The initial time frame was about 2 weeks and they finished a week early. The repairs were perfect. Will always use Caliber for any repairs in the future!

I have a front panel hanging off just above my front bumper that is not properly installed. I’m not holding this against the people as I’ve had a positive interaction with the representatives I’ve encountered there. Just have to get my truck back over to them so that they could get that panel fixed properly.

The exterior is fantastic, however while driving I do notice what sounds like air rushing through a small space at the top of the window on the driver's side.

As far as the repairs I am satisfied. It's the white and red specks that are all over my door hand, rear view mirror and between my windows that I am unhappy with. Along with red paint specks all over the plastic of the mirror. Also I have wires hanging under my dash that weren't put back in place. They need to pay more attention to the little things. Make me wonder what else wasn't don't right

First guy I spoke with made it sound like he was going to be taking care of everything but didn't hear from him again. Once my truck was done and brought back to the location I originally brought it to, I had to call and find out if my truck was even there. Noone called to let me know that it was back and ready
