Upon my arrival, the staff exhibited professionalism and took the time to explain the repair process for my damaged trunk door. They ensured that I understood each step and what to expect moving forward. I received a notification yesterday that my car was ready for pickup. However, due to a busy schedule, I was unable to collect it before the shop's closing time of 5:00 PM. Despite this, I went to the location to retrieve my vehicle and was pleased to find that two staff members had stayed late to assist me. Their dedication and customer service significantly enhanced my overall experience.
