Communication was very good, always aware of the process and expected time the car was to be completed. I even was able to leave the rental car there at the shop rather than make another trip to drop it off. Repaired area looks great.

Everything looked great! I did notice I had another crack on my windshield that was not there when I dropped my car off. Granite I did already have one large size crack in my windshield but a heads up that I have another one would’ve been appreciated so I know where it came from.

Work done was great, and insurance paid for all my repairs which is beneficial, but the initial estimate I received on the repairs was way less than the actual costs - didn't love that. Thought it would be around $1,500-$2,000 and the whole job ended up actually being more than double that.
