Getting into a car accident is no fun whatsoever especially when it wasn’t your fault. It can be a very stressful time if you don’t have the right people on your team, however this was not the case. I have AAA insurance and they have never failed me and they didn’t this time when they sent me over to Caliber Collision to repair my car. From the moment I stepped into the door Mayra was the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and communicative person I’ve come across. Throughout the entire process, she communicated with me every step of the way from daily updates of how my car is going to a car part that they ordered not being up to their standards so they had to send it back and order a new one. When she told me that a car part did not fit their standards so she was sending it back, I had no problem waiting an extra couple of days because it tells that she takes pride in the way the car is repaired and is not willing to just take any car part that is ordered. The transparency was refreshing because I’m sure anyone reading this has experienced how stressful and time-consuming it can be to repair something that you rely so heavily on. Additionally, there are a lot of organizations that will try to rip you off or up charge for “miscellaneous” items when you’re given the quote. Mayra was very thorough is breaking down how much something will cost along with the labor. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and bring up concerns and addressed them in detail while not making you feel dumb for asking. She is very knowledgeable about cars in general so she will also give you tips if you ask on how best to protect your car. For example, my Corolla is further down to the floor so she gave me the tip of turning whichever way I’m going by before hitting a dip so the suspension isn’t doing a nose dive straight down but rather slightly to the side. Although this information may seem obvious to some people it’s reassuring to receive it from an expert who will give you the reasoning behind why she’s telling you something as well as what the long term consequences can be if you decide to not do that. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with the everyone who worked on my car. From the service guys who put my car back together to the person who arranged my car to be repainted and the mechanic shop overall who treated my car as if it was one of their own. That is the customer service we should all strive for and I could not recommend this particular location enough to someone who needs car repairs.

There is paint dripping on the door that is been repaired, and the fog light stop working. I don't know if you guys even do any quality control. Also gave me a false update on the finishing day. Mike, the person in charge is really unprofessional.
