Wow! I cannot give enough praises to Nahum for a spectacular job on my 2016 Toyota Sienna. In on a Thurs it was ready on the following Wed. night. Nahum kept his promise which was a week and he fulfilled it. There was damage on the front and back. The car look like new. Oh let me mention I choose the Caliber on 3399 E. willow in long beach and cancelled the one at 2370 Walnut Ave Signal Hill , which was the one my insurance had sent the information for. I did not know there were two Caliber Collision repairs so close to me. I only have experience with 3399 E Willow Long Beach and each time I have had them repair my vehicle I have always been exceptionally pleased. I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicle. They will have you up and driving in no time. I received a text every day or a call to keep me informed about how the repairs were coming on my vehicle. Excellent service from the front desk to driving away with the rythm of my Toyota restored. I drove off totally pleased with the whole team. It truly is a TEAM EFFORT at Caliber Collision on 3390 E . Willow St. Long Beach Ca Thanks Nahum and the Caliber Collision Team God bless you all! First, I was told I could pick up my car on Wednesday. Tuesday, this changed to Thursday or Friday. I got the call Friday @ 5:09 PM, but since you close @ 5:30 PM, I couldn't get there on time. I was told I could pick up the car on Saturday, but when I got there, the door was unlocked, but there was no one there to get my car from. This was a waste of my time and money for extra rental days and gas. Finally, I had to go back again to get my car on Monday.

there is a wider gap on the door near where the repair occured and the weather stripping is not as clean/sound as the original
