The service was exemplary and the personnel did an amazing job with my vehicle. The wait time for parts were anticipated to be several days to a week at best and your team completed the replacement (catalytic converter) in 2 days. Outstanding job! Thanks

The reason for a 9 and not a 10 is because I was expecting that the whole fender would be repaired. I have a picture that indicates the presence of the damage that occurred from the accident.

I wasn’t aware they would use used parts but as long as it is guaranteed I can deal with that. It is under warranty according to AAA. But your representative was very good He is a 10! He kept me updated.
